Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RemoteFlowJob's platform and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Service Description

RemoteFlowJob provides a remote work platform that connects professionals with remote work opportunities including but not limited to:

• Virtual assistant and administrative support roles
• Customer service and technical support positions
• Digital marketing and social media management
• Content creation and data entry projects
• Project-based freelance work across various industries

Account Registration & Security

• You must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States to create an account
• Provide accurate, current, and complete professional information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• We reserve the right to verify identity and professional credentials for security and compliance purposes

Platform Usage & Professional Conduct

As a user of RemoteFlowJob's platform, you agree to:

• Maintain professional communication with clients and other platform users
• Complete assigned work with diligence and meet quality standards
• Respect client confidentiality and intellectual property
• Report accurate hours worked and tasks completed
• Not engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation

You may not:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws
• Harass, discriminate against, or mistreat other users
• Share confidential client information outside the platform
• Circumvent the platform's payment system for work arranged through RemoteFlowJob

Intellectual Property & Work Product

Your Work Product

Unless otherwise agreed in writing with a specific client, you retain ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property. Work created specifically for a client is typically transferred to that client upon payment, subject to the specific terms of each work arrangement.

Platform Intellectual Property

RemoteFlowJob retains all rights, title, and interest in our platform, software, website, and proprietary systems. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Client Materials

• Respect all client intellectual property and confidentiality requirements
• Use client materials only for the purposes specified in work agreements
• Return or destroy client materials upon completion of work as required

Fees, Payments & Compensation

For Professionals

• You set your rates or agree to client rates for specific projects
• RemoteFlowJob deducts a platform fee as specified in your agreement
• Payments are processed according to the schedule in your payment settings
• You are responsible for reporting income and paying applicable taxes

For Clients

• Pay agreed rates for completed work according to platform terms
• Make timely payments to maintain good standing on the platform
• Disputes about work quality or payments must be raised through proper channels

Service Levels & Support

RemoteFlowJob provides platform support from our San Francisco office during standard business hours:

• Platform technical support via email and help center
• Dispute resolution assistance for platform-related issues
• Payment processing support and assistance
• Scheduled maintenance with advance notification

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law:

• RemoteFlowJob's total liability shall not exceed the platform fees paid by you in the 6 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for disputes between professionals and clients regarding work quality or payments
• You are responsible for conducting due diligence on clients or professionals you engage with
• We provide a platform but do not guarantee work availability or specific earnings

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RemoteFlowJob harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your use of our platform in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Your work performance or professional conduct
• Disputes with other platform users

Term & Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated. Either party may terminate:

• For material breach with 30 days' written notice to cure
• Immediately for violations of these Terms or illegal activities
• Upon mutual written agreement
• RemoteFlowJob may suspend or terminate accounts for platform policy violations

Upon termination, you must cease using our platform and settle any outstanding financial obligations.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California
• Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California
• You agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation for platform-related disputes
• The prevailing party in any legal dispute is entitled to reasonable attorney's fees

Changes to Terms

RemoteFlowJob may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through email or platform notifications. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
